About 4:13 Center for Change

Throughout her years as a counselor, Bobbie observed that while people could rationally see their power to change, many struggled to believe in their ability to do so. Though clients could consciously embrace Philippians 4:13 — “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” — they often found it difficult to practice that faith amidst life’s challenges. When Bobbie established her solo practice, she made this verse the cornerstone of her work.

Her goal is to help people rediscover the power that comes through their faith in God. Life’s hardships can make us feel hopeless, but a personal relationship with Christ gives us the strength we need. The 4:13 Center for Change reflects this belief, with Philippians 4:13 prominently displayed in the reception area, setting the tone for faith-based counseling. The Center provides a private, supportive environment designed for growth and healing, offering amenities such as ADA-compliant facilities, a refreshment area, and a group/family room.

Bobbie, a trained cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, integrates various therapeutic modalities in her practice. Prayer is offered but never imposed, and the Center addresses a range of needs from depression and anxiety to behavioral addictions and abuse recovery. At the 4:13 Center for Change, hope and healing are within reach.
